We charge at the standard rate of 150 php for purchases below 5,000 php. For purchases above 5,000 php, shipping is free.
Yes, we allow personal pickup and/or customer-booked couriers. Just choose "Personal Pickup" on the checkout page.
We have pickup locations in Quezon City (Mother Ignacia area) and Manila City (Jose Abad Santos Area). Kindly indicate your preferred pickup point on order notes upon checkout. Then we'll send you an SMS for the exact pickup address.
We accept e-wallet, bank transfers, and credit card payments. Just choose your preferred payment methods at the checkout page, then wait for an email or SMS for further instructions.
For Flax Linen bedding sets, we have standard Queen and King Size.
For Tencel bedding sets, we have standard Twin, Queen and King Size.

We have a 5-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return & exchange.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions from the team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We give the best service to make sure your purchase is to your liking, therefore, changing of colors, fabrics, and/sizes, although not possible, can be discussed. Email us your concerns at support@laperimamnl.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
